Recommending
(1) The Commission shall make recommendations for the appointment, transfer or promotion of the gazetted officer of the service in accordance with the prevailing laws related to the service.
(2) The commission will do its work on the basis of the principle of proportional inclusion in accordance with the Constitution. (3) Other arrangements related to recommendations shall be as prescribed.
